2015 NBA Draft Player Rankings: February 28th

With roughly a month to play, the fight for the #1 pick is likely down to three players.  D'Angelo Russell continues to hold on to my top spot in the rankings, but who I'd actually select first would come down to the needs of the team I had.  Russell, Karl-Anthony Towns, and Jahlil Okafor are the only three players that have ascended to the top spot in my rankings this season, and I'd be pretty surprised to see any other player selected #1 in June's draft.
