2016 NBA Draft Rankings: Mid-Season Review

We've reached the mid-point of the season, and college basketball's top freshman continue to rise in this year's NBA Draft Rankings.  Duke's Brandon Ingram has made his way up to #2 after starting the season very poorly, with fellow freshmen filling six of the top nine spots.
